TALENFORBIZ IN KAZAKHSTAN:
GLOBAL TURKISH COMPANIES ARE COMING TOGETHER WITH YOUNG TALENTS 

TalentforBIZ career events, which have brought together employers and young talents in 10 different countries 15 times since 2019 under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office, will be held for the second time this year in Almaty, at the InterContinental Almaty Hotel between 09:00 - 17:00 hours on November 2nd.
Providing employment opportunities to thousands of young people since the first year it was organized, the event aims to bring together Turkish companies operating on a global scale and Kazakh youth, and to benefit university students and graduates from different career opportunities such as jobs, internships and education in both countries Dec.
TalentforBIZ Almaty will host the leading companies of Turkey from different sectors such as Turkish Airlines, Turkish Aerospace Industries, Aselsan, Havelsan, Halk Bank, Türk Telekom, as well as companies operating in Kazakhstan such as Abdi Ibrahim, Esan Eczacıbaşı, Ziraat Bank and Pro Yapı. At the event, which provides young talents with the opportunity to meet directly with the leaders of the industry; during the day, many career activities such as company presentations, interviews, information sessions and interviews will be held by company managers and human resources professionals.

COOPERATION ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES ARE BEING STRENGTHENED

While interaction between the two countries will be increased by sharing Turkey's experience and achievements in the field of human resources with Kazakhstan, career opportunities will be provided to young people and it will be facilitated for employers to access the qualified human resources they need in their activities in Kazakhstan Dec. This process contributes significantly to the career development of young talents in both countries by supporting the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience. In order to strengthen the interaction in the field of human resources at the international level, the event will continue to be organized in the numbered centers of the world after Kazakhstan this year.

Application to TalentforBIZ career events is made through Turkey's digital career platform Talent Gate. Young people register to participate in the event through this platform and can apply for job and internship interviews to be organized within the scope of TalentforBIZ.
