REPUBLICAN SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "TURKESTAN READINGS" INFORMATION LETTER
On the basis of the Department of History of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, on April 30, 2025, the annual Republican scientific and practical conference "Turkestan readings". The conference is held online. The collection of conference materials is distributed in electronic form (in PDF format).
The conference will be organized in the following sections:
- "Seven facets of the Great Steppe" and Kazakh Spirituality
- History and Ethnology
- Archeology and museum studies
- Philology
- Sociological Sciences
- Innovative technologies in education
- Issues of preservation of cultural heritage and development of Tourism.
Meeting form: online, on the ZOOM platform (11:00)
Form of the event: offline, Small hall of the Cultural Center (11:00). A link to the Zoom conference will be sent additionally.
Working languages: Kazakh, Turkish, Russian, English.

The text of the report must be drawn up in accordance with the following requirements:

1. The volume of the report should not exceed 5 pages (format А4). Pages are not numbered.
2. Upper limit - 2 cm, lower - 2 cm, right - 1.5 cm, left - 3 cm.
3. Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
4. Line spacing-single.
5. The topic of the report is written in capital letters, after which the surname, initials of the author, place of work are indicated in the center of the sheet.
6. At the end of the report is a list of references. If the reference is repeated, the page of the used literature by serial number is indicated in square brackets. For example: [7, p. 3].
7. Reports of an abstract nature are not accepted, reports in the personal authorship of students must have the opinion of the head.
8. Reports are accepted in Kazakh, and Russian.
Texts of reports are accepted until April 28, 2025.
