Mission

Training of highly qualified specialists who meet competitive international requirements, brought up in the spirit of patriotism, respect for the basic law, traditions, culture and literature of the country, values, traditions of Turkic-speaking peoples, as well as able to carry out professional activities aimed at harmonizing the social spheres of the educational process.

Objectives

• Attracting the best graduates of doctoral studies; inviting professors within the framework of academic mobility;
• Increase the intellectual potential of the teaching staff, attract leading scientists and teachers, increase internal and external academic mobility, implement the results of scientific and innovative activities;
• Assistance in the employment of students through a gradual transition to dual training in specialties;
• Recruitment of talented students through constant holding of Olympiads, competitions, scientific projects of school and college students. Attracting foreign students to study at the University in support of the principles of cultural diversity and tolerance.
