The Function of the Board of Governors
The Board of Governors of the university consists of rector, I-Vice-president, vice-presidents and deans. Membership to the board is limited by the period of their presence in their positions. The I-Vice-president chairs the Board of Governors while substitutes the rector.
The Board of Governors is a supporting body that helps the rector.
The Functions of the Board of Governors as follows:
- Assisting the rector in realization of plans and programs of the decisions of the Board of Trustees and Senate;
- Discussing investing programs and budget projects taking into consideration the offers of structural departments and recommending to the rector;
- Discussing and making decisions on complaints to the decisions made by the Board of Governors of Institution, faculties and colleges on administrational and financial issues;
- Making decisions on offered issues by rector.
