Psychological Resilience – the Key to a Successful Life!
Today, the students of groups GBP-411, GBP-412, GBP-413, GMD-411, GMD-311, GTA-411, and GTA-412 of the Faculty of Education and Humanities took part in an educational event aimed at strengthening psychological resilience and preventing emotional overload.
The event was held with the participation of specialists from the University Psychological Support Center, who provided comprehensive explanations on maintaining mental well-being, preventing stress, and effectively managing internal resources.
The main purpose of the meeting was to enhance students’ psychological resilience, develop stress-management skills, and emphasize the importance of seeking professional psychological assistance when needed.
During the session, the specialists offered valuable recommendations and highlighted the role of emotional balance, proper rest, self-support, and psychological culture in improving overall quality of life.
