Achievements of the Department

At the Department of History in 2020, the educational programs 6B01615-History, and 7M02210-History successfully passed specialized international accreditation, in 2021 the educational program 6B02231-History, and in 2022 the educational program 8D01604-History.
Since the 2021-2022 academic year, the Department of History has been implementing educational programs for dual training. To implement dual education, the department agreed with the secondary educational school named after M. Abenova. Leading history teachers participate in the dual learning process.
The professorial-teaching staff of the Department of History takes an active part in the educational, scientific, training, and social life of the university, and has also achieved significant success in organizing the educational process and developing the university’s research work. The publication activity of professorial-teaching staff is fades from year to year, which contributes to the development of EP as a whole.

• Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Kh. Tursun completed an internship at the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RF) from March 2 to March 17, 2019.
• Assoc. Prof. K.Bazarbayev from July 26 to- July 30 2021 completed a scientific internship at Cumhuriyet University Sivas, Republic of Turkey within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
• From 31.03 to 15.04.2022 y. Assoc. prof. K.Bazarbayev sent to a                 2-week academic internship within the framework of the «Orhun» program at Omer Halisdemir University, Niide, Republic of Turkey.
• Assoc. Prof. K.Bazarbayev As part of the grant project AP19676634 from November 16-24, 2023, as part of the grant project AP19676634 was sent on a scientific trip to the city of Ankara, the Republic of Turkey.
• Assoc. Prof. K.Bazarbayev Within the framework of the grant project AP19676634, from 01/23-01/31/2024 he was sent on a scientific trip to the city of Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• PhD, Associate Professor S.B. Syzdikov completed an internship at the University of Nowhere from November 16 to November 31, 2023 on academic mobility. (Izmir, Türkiye).
• PhD, Associate Professor S.B. Syzdikov 2022 holder of the academic degree of young scientists of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (№216, 28.12.2022).
• PhD, Associate Professor S.B. Syzdikov Winners of the title of the best teacher of a higher education institution in 2023 (28.12.2023).
• •    Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Nurbetova Gulnar is the holder of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak", completed an internship in the specialty social sciences (45 Tons) - history in the period from 02/01/2022 to 12/25/2022 at Akdeniz University, Antalya, Republic of Turkey.
• Abbasov Nursultan, a student of the TTA-111 group, became the republican winner of the student scientific and theoretical conference in 2013 (2nd place). Scientific supervisor PhD, Associate Professor M. Salgaraev.
• In 2020, Associate Professor G. T. Zhoraeva is the owner of the state scholarship No. 542 of the order established by the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• In 2023, Associate Professor G. T. Zhoraeva completed an internship at the Center for International Programs JSC under the project "500 scientists" of the Bolashak program from 04.09.2023 to 04.03.2024 at the Department of history and Distance Learning Center "AKUZEM" of the Faculty of literature of Akdeniz University, Antalya/Turkey.

Teaching staff awards 

• In 2019  Assoc. prof. K.Bazarbayev awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Elbasy Foundation in the competition “Tiregi sender elimnin-2019”.
• In 2021, Ph.D. Sciences, Professor H. Tursun was awarded the “30th Anniversary of Independence” medal.
• In 2022, Doctor of History. Sciences, Professor H. Tursun was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• In 2023, he was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev for research work on the rehabilitation of victims of political repression.
• Assoc. Prof. K.Bazarbayev In 2020, he was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Assoc. Prof. K.Bazarbayev In 2021y. he was awarded a letter of gratitude from the rector of the university.
• In 2016, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Nurbetova Gulnar was awarded the Yasavi 850 Years Medal for her special contribution to the development of the university.
• In 2023, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Nurbetova Gulnar was awarded the 30th Anniversary medal of the University for her special contribution to the development of the university.
• In 2022, Associate Professor G. T. Zhoraeva was awarded the badge of the IKTU named after K. A. Yasawi for the 30th anniversary.
• In 2022 Associate Professor G. T Zhoraeva was awarded a letter of thanks from the Department of human potential development of Turkestan.
• In 2023, Associate Professor G. T Zhoraeva was awarded a letter of thanks from the Department of education of the Turkestan region for her contribution to the development of the educational sphere, the spiritual development of the younger generation.
