Educational goals

The strategic goal 

Due to the radical changes in education policy recently implemented in Kazakhstan and Turkey and other Turkic-speaking countries and communities, among the duties assigned to universities, the main goal is to provide quality education services. Improving the quality of education and training competitive specialists.

EP objective - Forming a competitive highly educated person who has mastered the theoretical and methodological knowledge of the fields of physical training and primary military training, is able to use them in solving professional tasks; Providing leading managers in this field.

Development principles:

  • information openness - openness for any types and forms of cooperation (educational process and areas of training, retraining and qualification improvement; provision of consulting, methodological and expert-analytical services, scientific and methodological support; in the field of research activities);
  • the principle of continuity of training: training does not end with a diploma, but includes subsequent creative and business contacts with graduates;
  • the principle of diversity of training facilities - search for new bachelor's and master's programs with the highest demand, creation of new professional retraining programs (distance learning and education facilities, additional professional education, short-term courses in areas that are in demand in the market according to the profile of the department );
  • technological principle - search for new forms of educational process and provision of effective methods, tools, approaches and procedures for carrying out educational and scientific activity.
  • the principle of corporatism - creation of a single team spirit that shares the goals and ideology of the department based on the consolidation and development of traditions and social values;
  • the principle of innovation - focus on revitalizing research and design activities, constant search for funded contests and grants;the principle of integration - creation of a system of communication links around the department (with other departments, graduates of the department and other employers, school teachers and college teachers, school and college students and their parents, etc. on issues of professional self-determination of students). ;
  • the principle of promotion is to rely on the promotion of educational, methodological, scientific research activities of the department, the directions of its preparation by the faculty of the department (in any departmental, managerial, administrative institutions, industrial and commercial organizations, among potential applicants), as well as by graduates of the department.
