Develops unique national art pieces for residential, industrial environments and consumer goods. Engages in project-based creative work (creates unique decorative art pieces for residential, industrial environments and consumer goods). By connecting the theoretical foundations of creative activity with professional practice, demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to various situations, is capable of implementing original ideas in the field of artistic creation, finding exceptional solutions, and producing unique works of art.

• For applicants for the educational program Decorative and applied Art, the applicant must successfully pass the test for knowledge of general secondary (complete) education or a state-recognized document on secondary specialized vocational education and the Unified National Test. Depending on the specifics of the direction, they pass creative exams. Applicants coming from abroad undergo special training (language training and mastering the compulsory level of education) for this it is necessary to pass. • Graduates who have completed bachelor's degree programs carry out their professional activities in the framework of performing unique works of decorative and applied art using folk traditions in the field of art, domestic and international experience and modern achievements.

• Adopts management decisions in educational and educational processes, taking into account their social, individual, inclusive needs.
• Uses modern teaching methods and techniques, defining the features of the pedagogical methodology of artistic work, regulating the organization of the educational process.
• Demonstrates professional practical knowledge in the process of effective organization of the work of leaders in the youth environment, including creative associations and unions.

• For applicants in the direction of Training of teachers with a subject specialization in general development in the direction
  the applicant must have a General secondary (full) education or secondary special vocational education, passed the UNT and the final score, scored a threshold score. Applicants coming from abroad are accepted through interviews, provided that they study on a paid basis (for mastering language training and mandatory level of education). This program for conducting the creative examination for the B031 – Fashion and Design educational program group has been developed based on Order No. 600 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018, “On the approval of model rules for admission to educational institutions implementing higher and postgraduate education programs.”

Creative examinations are held at the higher education institution where the applicant has submitted documents for admission to an educational program group that requires a creative examination.

The purpose is to determine the possibilities of individual prerequisites for the creative examination for applicants to the B031 – Fashion and Design educational program group, and to assess their creative readiness by assigning professional tasks corresponding to the applicant’s qualifications.
