Medical outpatient clinic "AI" of the Kh.A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University

Medical outpatient clinic "AI" has been functioning since the opening of the University.

Medical outpatient clinic "AI" has been functioning since the opening of the University. Medical outpatient clinic "AI" of Kh.A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University provides round-the- clock primary medical services to students in the dormitory, all professors and staff members living on campus. Medical service in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan from August 05, 2021 № 76 "sanitary and epidemiological requirements for educational facilities" according to, December 9, 2004, series LP №01111530DH conducted with a state license for medical and medical activities. In the medical outpatient clinic "AI" head of department 1-doctor 2, 1- midwife, 1-senior medical sister, 19-medical nurses, 1 junior medical officer - (a total of 24,5 staff units).

Preventive examination

Certificates of Forms No. 063/y and No. 075/y are compulsorily required from applicants admitted to MCTU. The deadline for checking the medical books of employees for each academic year is tracked. The doctor's examination is conducted in the medical outpatient clinic "AI", located in the family dormitory "Turan". The doctor has the right to notify the dean's office if there are any health abnormalities that interfere with learning. During the doctor's consultation you can discuss your health issues with the doctor, all admitted students are registered at the Yassawi Clinical and Diagnostic Center. All medical services are free of charge for students registered at the clinic. The AI Medical Outpatient Clinic and the Clinical Diagnostic Center jointly provide and supervise annual fluorography examinations for students in the course of their studies. A special physician is assigned to the clinic for staff and students. Every year in early September, students placed in all dormitories undergo a medical examination with a document of form No. 075-y. The results of the students' inspection (fluoro) are filled in the document No. 052. Based on the results of the inspection, supervision is carried out. Every academic year it is compulsory to conduct fluorographic testing of students. This activity is important and obligatory for every student. In addition, in order to prevent various infectious diseases, scheduled health education is conducted among students. The medical outpatient clinic "AI" monitors compliance with cleanliness requirements in the University buildings, academic buildings and dormitories, as well as catering facilities located in all buildings.

Medical certificate

When a student becomes ill, the student must see a physician at the AI Medical Outpatient Clinic on the same day. The doctor can issue a medical certificate to the student from the day of the student's arrival to the 6th day, depending on the severity of the illness. Medical certificates can be issued in the polyclinics at the place of residence, private polyclinics, city student polyclinic, emergency departments. A certificate from other medical institutions must be registered in the outpatient clinic and handed in to the dean's office. At the medical outpatient clinic "AI" in the academic buildings and dormitories of the university there are 12 medical stations operating under the state license. In accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Medical care approved in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 76 from August 05, 2021, in accordance with the order "On approval of sanitary rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for educational facilities" is equipped with the appropriate medical equipment listed in Annex 10.

Providing primary health care to faculty and students is our priority goal. To perform measures to prevent infectious diseases, to promote a healthy lifestyle. Our task is to provide round-the-clock primary medical care to faculty and students in academic buildings and dormitories. Medical posts are located on the first floor of dormitories and academic buildings. Highly qualified specialists with higher and secondary education work in the outpatient clinic. In case of ailments, the student turns to the doctor of the medical outpatient clinic "AI". The doctor can issue the student a certificate from the day of the student's arrival to the 6th day, depending on the severity of the illness. The student must register the certificate from other medical institutions in the outpatient clinic and submit it to the dean's office.
