About us

Department of Human Resources Management of the Khoja Akhmed Yassavi International Kazakh-Turkish University in its activities is guided by the Charter of the University, the Law of RK “On Education”, “Labor Code” of RK, normative documents on the organization of the educational process, normative legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of RK on the fight against corruption to be guided by the rules of internal labor regulations, orders and instructions of the rector of the university, rules developed on the basis of normative materials. Ensuring full compliance with the internal regulations established by the regulations of the university and other normative documents, control over the compliance of employees daily Labor Code, internal labor regulations, individual labor and collective agreements.

Familiarity

Department of Human Resources Management of the Khoja Akhmed Yassavi International Kazakh-Turkish University in its activities is guided by the Charter of the University, the Law of RK “On Education”, “Labor Code” of RK, normative documents on the organization of the educational process, normative legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of RK on the fight against corruption to be guided by the rules of internal labor regulations, orders and instructions of the rector of the university, rules developed on the basis of normative materials. Ensuring full compliance with the internal regulations established by the regulations of the university and other normative documents, control over the compliance of employees daily Labor Code, internal labor regulations, individual labor and collective agreements.
 

Duties
  • Participate in the development of organizational structure, university staffing, employer acts; 
  • Manage the processes aimed at improving the work of the personnel service and forecasting the situation; 
  • Organize work with structural divisions to implement measures for the effective use of human resources, the formation of a reserve of managerial employees and improving the qualification quality of employees of all divisions; 
  • To organize and carry out certification of university employees.
