Dean's Message

Dear Students,

The university is a center for education and research, providing high-level education in various fields of science related to humanity and nature, and it greatly benefits the development of society and individuals. Faculties related to social sciences perform important functions such as developing the national identity of society, educating young people capable of independent and scientific thinking, as well as instilling cultural values. The Philology Faculty is also a faculty working with departments and educational programs studying the structure, historical development, and interrelationships of languages. Under the guidance of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, it works towards the formation of a common consciousness and shared knowledge of the Turkic world with the aim of forming a foundation of unity consisting of language, opinion, and labor.

Qualified scientists from Kazakhstan, Turkey, and other countries work at our faculty. Our professors make every effort to impart their knowledge to students. In addition to classes, extra seminars, meetings, scientific gatherings, and events of various formats are organized.

The youth at the faculty come not only from Kazakhstan and Turkey but also from all corners of the Turkic world. Our youth, studying in educational programs and the Department of Foreign Language Pedagogy, which prepares specialists in Turkish philology, Kazakh philology, English philology and translation, Russian language and literature, English language and literature, Chinese language, etc., can pursue master's and doctoral studies in their specialties even after completing their undergraduate studies, if desired. They can further continue in research. A group of our graduates has the opportunity to work as teachers in various educational institutions, as well as translators and specialists in various organizations. We believe that our graduates will serve the Turkic world and all of humanity with the knowledge they have acquired at our faculty.
