A historic step for the Faculty of Law: a new memorandum, new opportunities!

Dear colleagues, we are delighted to sincerely share this joyful news with you!

 Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and the Turkistan Regional Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

During the meeting, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Kasymbek Aliya Orynbasarkyzy, introduced the distinguished guests and presented the educational and practical potential of our faculty, areas of professional training, and future goals.

 The memorandum was signed by the Rector of our university, Zhanar Amangeldikyzy Temirbekova, and the Head of the Department, including Ayan Serikuly Akberdiyev, marking the beginning of a new stage of joint cooperation.

This partnership is a strong driving force for the Faculty of Law!
The Committee is a key governmental body responsible for compiling and analyzing official legal statistics on crime dynamics, violations, and law enforcement processes. For a future lawyer, the ability to work with data, build evidence based on statistics, and think analytically is a true indicator of professional competence.

 Within the framework of cooperation:

Open lectures, master classes, and practical meetings for students will be held regularly;

Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students will master methods of applying official statistics in academic research;

A culture of analytical research based on legal statistics will be developed;

Joint projects in digital data, legal monitoring, and transparency will be implemented.

 In addition, our guests were introduced to a special stand dedicated to our graduates who have achieved success in various fields. This stand symbolizes our traditions, professional integrity, and the responsibility of a lawyer.

Our main goal is to train qualified, fair, and insightful lawyers who combine theory with practice and contribute to the development of the country. This memorandum is one of the most important steps toward achieving this goal.

Let’s share the joy together!
