International Academic Partnership — A New Stage in the Development of Legal Education

 Within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and Tashkent State University of Law, a substantive international academic meeting was held at the Faculty of Law. The event aimed to ensure the consistent development of partnership relations between the two higher education institutions, to deepen cooperation in the academic and educational spheres, and to establish effective mechanisms for academic exchange.
 As part of the event, a highly qualified delegation of professors and lecturers from Tashkent State University of Law paid an official visit to the Faculty of Law and delivered a series of topical and academically significant lectures in the fields of criminal law, criminology, anti-corruption studies, as well as the theory of state and law. The presentations addressed key issues of contemporary criminal law scholarship and were focused on an in-depth comparative legal analysis of national legal systems.

In addition, representatives of the Department of Theory of State and Law — Nodirakhon Sobirjanovna Pulatova, Doctor of Law, Acting Associate Professor, and Iroda Mukhamedovna Umarova, Senior Lecturer — took part in the event, making a valuable contribution to strengthening academic ties in the field of legal theory.
 Such international initiatives, grounded in the principles of mutual trust and academic continuity, create broad opportunities for students, master’s students, and doctoral candidates to participate in academic mobility programs, implement joint research projects with international peers, and enhance their professional competencies through shared lectures and practical classes. Ultimately, these efforts contribute to the training of highly qualified and competitive legal professionals capable of navigating the global legal landscape.
 The strategic partnership between the two universities will continue to serve shared values in the development of legal education and science, fostering the further deepening of international academic integration.
