Mission: In terms of quality education and scientific potential, in accordance with modern requirements, to reach the level of a selective faculty with high status in intra-university and inter-university competitions.

Vision: Preparing an individual with professional skills in the field, capable of analyzing contemporary conceptual problems as a competitive specialist, and objectively assessing intercultural relations, ethnic, political, and socio-economic processes.
