    Training of professional pedagogical specialists of institutions of secondary special education who possess the knowledge and skills necessary for teaching disciplines in this field, and who exercise the skills of teaching it, who possess the skills of organizing and conducting special scientific and methodological research.

    The educational program regulates the goals, results, content, conditions and technologies of the educational process, assessment of the quality of training of graduates in this area and includes the introduction of materials that ensure the quality of training for students, and appropriate educational technologies.

    • He is able to compare and find differences in scientific and practical problems, carrying out scientific research in the field of philology and having the skills of theoretical and methodological analysis, synthesizing forecasting and planning methods, knowledge in the field of linguistics and literary studies 
    • He is able to plan and conduct research in philological science in cooperation with colleagues, harmoniously realizing knowledge about the main directions of linguistic research of modern Kazakh and world languages, their genesis, philosophical basis and the most important stages of development  
    • He is able to implement modern pedagogical technologies, skills of analysis and interpretation of various texts, mastering current modern scientific paradigms in the field of literary studies, the dynamics of its development, a system of methodological principles and methodological techniques of literary research 
    • University graduates enrolled on a master’s program take a comprehensive test for groups of education programs, consisting of a test in a foreign language, a test for the major of a group of education programs, a test for determining readiness for learning. Persons entering a master’s program with the English language of instruction, shall take a comprehensive test, consisting of a test on the major of a group of education programs in English and a test to determine readiness for learning in Kazakh or Russian (optional). Admission to a master’s program is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance examinations of persons who have a bachelor degree on education programs of higher education. Admission of foreign citizens to a master’s program is carried out on a fee basis. On approval of the Model Regulations for admission to studies in educational organization, implementing educational programs of technical and vocational education Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 31, 2018 No. 600
