History of the Department of Constitutional Law and Civil Law

       The Department of Constitutional Law and Civil Law was established by the decision of the Senate of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University on September 26, during the 2025–2026 academic year.

       Since October 1, 2025, the Head of the Department has been PhD, Associate Professor (acting) Manshuk Mazhitovna Imanbekova.

      In the 2025–2026 academic year, the total number of teaching staff positions at the department is 13.25, including 1 Candidate of Sciences, 8 PhD holders, and 2 senior lecturers.

     The Faculty of Law implements a three-level education system. The educational programs under the Department of Constitutional Law and Civil Law include:

6B04245 – Law (Bachelor’s degree);

6B04281 – International Law (Bachelor’s degree);

8D04208 – Law (Doctoral program).
