Digital Labor Rights: A New Milestone in Partnership and Academic Dialogue
The international scientific and practical round table entitled
“Transformation of Social and Labor Legal Relations in the Context of Digitalization of Society: Theoretical and Practical Issues,”
organized by the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure of the Faculty of Law of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University (Shymkent), dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held at a high level.
This significant event was attended as an honored guest by Zhandos Gabitovich Ibrayev, PhD, Senior Lecturer and Deputy Dean for Science and Educational Affairs of the Faculty of Law of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, who made a meaningful contribution to the academic discussion.
During the round table, Zhandos I.G. delivered an insightful presentation on the topic “Transformation of Labor Relations in the Digital Era,” focusing on the dynamics of changes in labor law relations under new realities, the impact of digital platforms, and the necessity of updating legal regulation. His analysis, combining theory and practice, provided valuable guidance to the participants.
Most importantly, this meeting clearly demonstrated the strong scientific cooperation between the two universities and expanded the horizons of academic partnership. Such systematic academic ties not only enhance the quality of legal education and research but also create opportunities for sustainable experience exchange within a shared professional space.
