In accordance with the concept of promoting the ideology of the rule of law in society, a scientific seminar was held for faculty members and doctoral students on the topic: “Transformation of the Concept of Rule of Law and Its Adaptation to the National Legal Space.”

 In their reports, the guests provided a deep scientific analysis of the historical origins of the rule of law, its evolutionary development, and its influence on modern national legal systems.

 The seminar thoroughly discussed ways to effectively adapt the concept to the legal space of the Republic of Kazakhstan, current issues in legal practice, and new mechanisms for promoting legal culture and responsibility in the digital society.

 Where justice, civilization, and order prevail, development and stability go hand in hand.
The great thinker Khoja Akhmet Yassawi also said: “The soul that creates justice and wisdom on the path of the people lights the lamp of its country,” emphasizing the spiritual essence of justice.

 This spiritually and legally oriented seminar deepened the content and gave participants significant momentum.

 Participants from the faculty and doctoral programs asked relevant questions on the scientific topic and received valuable information from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The seminar shaped the scientific views of young researchers and opened the way to understanding modern trends in law.

 Science is the path to justice; justice is the unshakable foundation of the state.
