“PHILOSOPHY OF THE GREAT STEPPE AND LEGAL CULTURE” SECTIONAL MEETING WAS SUCCESSFUL

 As part of the international symposium held at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, sectional sessions were organized at a high level, and the legal heritage of Turkic civilization and the philosophy of steppe law were comprehensively discussed.

1️⃣ First Section: “Tradition of Justice and Legal Heritage in the Turkic World”
 Section Moderator – Halil Çetin, PhD, Associate Professor, Director of the Institute of Turkology.
 The first report was presented by Professor Shakir Ibrayev, highlighting the role of oral law traditions in nomadic society and the importance of biys (judges) in ensuring justice.
 ♂️ Professor Jabbar Eshankul emphasized the place of the principle “Good Man – Good Society” in Turkic legal consciousness and the influence of spiritual culture on legal thinking.
 Director of the ICC RK, Kydyr Turali Akhmet Yassawi, analyzed the impact of science on the moral and legal values of Turkic peoples.
 Professor Aziz Beymirzauly explained the historical role of legal norms preserved in the Kyrgyz epic “Manas” in shaping social unity.
 At the end of the section, Professors Jabbar Eshankul and Aziz Beymirzauly donated more than 100 valuable works to the university library.

2️⃣ Second Section: “Philosophy of Steppe Law”
 Baurzhan Saifunov, PhD, Director of the “Yasauitanu” Institute, conducted the sectional session.
 Professor Bakhytzhan Kuandikov detailed the nature of steppe laws and their importance in regulating social relations.
 Representative of the National Human Rights Center of Uzbekistan, Utkir Ochilov, spoke about the role of constitutional reforms in strengthening human rights protection. Dr. Mukan Isakhan demonstrated the connection between Kazakh customs legislation and Islamic legal understanding.
 Professor Bekaris Nuriman analyzed the principles of “Good Law” in the treatise “Qutadgu Bilik” and revealed the philosophical foundations of ruling culture in the Turkic world.
 Dr. Mukhit Tolegenov presented the influence of Al-Farabi’s legacy on the legal culture of Kazakhstan.

 Conclusion
 Scholars from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as leading researchers from Kazakhstan, participated. The section extensively discussed spiritual teachings, humanitarian principles, and common best traditions of legal thought of Turkic peoples.
 The meeting continued with the seminar “From the Heritage of the Great Steppe to the New Principles of Statehood.”
