The procedure for submission of applications and issuance of the result of the state service is carried out through the service provider and through the web portal "e-government" www.egov.kz.

Normative documents: regulated by the Rules for the distribution of places in dormitories of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education, approved by order of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 No. 219.

Submission procedure:

1. applications are submitted by students of the 1st year on paper, and students of the 2nd year and older "portal.ayu.edu.kz" passes through the system. Evidence documents are attached to a paper application (1st year) or scanned and registered in the Univer system in PDF format (higher courses).

Students "portal.ayu.edu.kz" independently issues through the system, attaches supporting documents.

2. after the Special Commission considers applications and allocates a place for a student in a hostel according to the established sequence, students "portal.ayu.edu.kz" in the system, they print orders on their pages and settle in a hostel.

3.students who have not received a place in the hostel are allocated a place in the hostel when they are released from the queue during the academic year.

Submission procedure:

1. applications from students "portal.ayu.edu.kz" independently issues through the system, attaches supporting documents.

2.lists are submitted to the faculty Commission and formed by the dean's Office of each faculty. Then they are sent to the Office of social work.

3.in the Department of social work, the lists are re-checked, an order is prepared.

4.after approval and approval of the order by the responsible persons, financial assistance is provided to students.

Duplicates of educational documents and appendices to them (hereinafter referred to as a duplicate) are issued instead of lost or unusable, as well as persons who have changed their surname (first name, patronymic (if any). A duplicate is issued free of charge no later than 15 business days from the date of submission of the application.

Submission procedure:

• to obtain a duplicate document on higher and (or) postgraduate education, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient) sends an application to the head of the IKTU named after H. A. Yasawi. Through the non-profit Joint Stock Company "State Corporation "Government for citizens" of IKTU named after K. A. Yasawi (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) ;

* "e-government" www.egov.kz sends an application through the web portal (hereinafter referred to as the portal);

* to obtain a duplicate of educational documents, individuals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and do not have an electronic digital signature must independently apply to the Iktu named after H. A. Yasawi.

• To obtain services for the transfer and reinstatement of students in organizations of general and secondary education that are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, they must apply to the IKTU named after H. A. Yasawi.
