In order to promote the formation of a healthy lifestyle among young people, the University hosted a marathon "my health-my rights" dedicated to the World Health Day on April 7, organized by the Association of graduates of the Faculty of Medicine.

The marathon provided a wide range of information on proper nutrition, determining human blood pressure and glucose, the dangers of excess weight and the importance of physical activity, reproductive health and other topics.

The event was attended by Professor of Kastamoni University in Turkey, chairman of the foundation "unity of the world Turkish youth", graduate of our university in 2005, Dr. Yersin Guzel and vice-rector of our university Askar Abduali and executive director of the Association of graduates of Akhmet Yassawi University-coordinator Asanova Maryam Tasbolatovna, who expressed gratitude for the organization and education of students.
