On November 20, a significant event was held at the University.

It was a conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The founder of the Turkestan region maslikhat, public figures and deputies of the parliament elected from the region were guests.

One of them is the founder and first president of our University, academician Murat Zhurynuly.

Every time our ex-rector turns his horse to Turkestan, he comes and goes with special attention and joy.

After all, there are traces of this man, there are words that made the young people winged, there is shed forehead skin and work.

Every time he comes, he looks for the graduates he raised. Meet. He tells his mind and asks for his plan.

University graduates are praised and proud of them.

At this meeting, he also spoke about the difficult and interesting story of the achievements of his graduates and how the university was founded.

This time, the visit to the university was a great joy for us.

As a student, the following words of Murat Zhurynovich were preserved in our ears:
