A GRADUATE OF THE UNIVERSITY RECEIVED AN AWARD FROM THE HEAD OF STATE

Ainur Akzhigitova, a graduate of the Faculty of Sports and arts of our university, champion of Kazakhstan and Asia in Sambo, became the world champion in the UAE SWAT Challenge and was awarded the badge "for military erligi ushin" from the hands of our President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

Recall that the UAE SWAT Challenge among top military athletes was recently held in Dubai. It was attended by 12 teams representing Kazakhstan. In particular, the teams of the Ministry of internal affairs "Sunkar" and "Tomiris" became silver medalists of the international competition. And the team of the National Security Committee "Arystan" took the fourth place. The teams of the State Security Service and the Ministry of Defense also showed the best example of skill. The head of State congratulated the winners and noted that this success is the result of careful preparation and hard work.

Among the soldiers who defended the honor of our country was a graduate of our university, a talented samboist ARU Ainur Akzhigitova. The champion's coach is the Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 5-time Sambo world champion, veteran sambo player and veteran teacher of our educational institution Abdisadyk Khalilayev.
