Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Laboratory in Clinical Medicine
Purpose:
Early disease diagnosis, improvement of clinical decision-making quality, and development of personalized medicine based on the analysis of large volumes of clinical data (Big Data) using artificial intelligence technologies, as well as optimization of work with large scientific datasets and statistical processing.
Objectives:
- Formation and management of databases based on electronic medical records, imaging data, laboratory indicators, and genomic information;
- Development of predictive and diagnostic models using machine learning and deep learning methods;
- Creation and improvement of Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS);
- Development of automated medical image analysis methods (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound);
- Modeling of risk factors, disease progression, and treatment outcomes;
- Implementation of personalized and precision medicine principles;
- Ensuring security and confidentiality of medical data;
- Introduction of innovative digital technologies into healthcare;
- Conducting research activities and training specialists in Big Data and AI.
