High Achievement in Physics – First Place Goes to Our Students!
On April 22, 2025, at Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, the XVII Republican Subject Olympiad for students enrolled in the “6B053 – Physics” program was held. Our participants won first place both in the individual and team competitions.
In this national contest—featuring students from several Kazakhstani universities—second-year student Alisher Suleimenov masterfully solved the most challenging physics problems to claim first place, while third-year student Shukur Abdujapparov took second. Third-year student Diyar Patchakhanov also demonstrated remarkable ingenuity and professional preparation, helping our team take top honors in the overall team standings.
Under the scientific guidance of Associate Professor Sherzod Ramankulov of the Physics Department, each team member embraced their responsibility and showed great initiative in pursuing the common goal.
As a result of this victory, our university has been awarded the right to host the next Physics Olympiad on our campus. We believe that organizing the upcoming competition will be an important step in promoting science and education among students.
Through unity and knowledge, we will continue to reach new heights—together!
