History and General Information

The department is considered one of the first departments established in our university. In the academic year 2021-2022, the department of "Religion" was reorganized in connection with the establishment of the Faculty of Theology. The department of "Religion" conducts the subject of religious studies in all educational programs. In addition, specialists are being trained with educational programs 6B02228-Religion, 6B03187-Psychology-Religion, 7М02211-Religion. Currently, the department has a total of 17 staff members, including 1 doctor of science, 4 candidate of science, 5 PhD, 5 senior lecturers, 2 master lecturers. The teachers of the department participate in professional development courses every academic year in order to improve their pedagogical skills.
