The Faculty of Theology at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University hosted a meeting with Professor Bakhytzhan Menlibekuly Satershinov, Chief Researcher, and Dr Damira Alikyzy Siqymbayeva, PhD and Leading Researcher at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies under the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the scholars exchanged views with students enrolled in the Philosophy and Religious Studies programme, highlighting the role and significance of philosophy and religious studies in contemporary society. They also introduced students to the diverse career opportunities available in scientific research, education, expert analysis, and other professional fields.

The students learned about the professional importance of the skills developed through their studies, including critical and analytical thinking, conducting research, analysing sociocultural processes, and examining religious and social phenomena from a scientific perspective.

Throughout the meeting, students asked questions of interest and gained valuable insights into research areas, professional development opportunities, and future prospects in their chosen field.
