At the Faculty of Education and Humanities of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, fourth-year students of the “Pedagogy and Psychology” educational program organized an educational event dedicated to 25 October – Republic Day.

The event was attended by the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, members of the department’s academic staff, as well as second- and third-year students.

During the event, students were provided with informative insights into the history of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the significance of state sovereignty, and the major historical milestones on the country’s path to independence. Particular attention was paid to the significance of Republic Day in the history of the country, emphasizing that sovereignty is one of the fundamental values of the Kazakh people.

The participants were also provided with educational information about the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the National Flag, the State Emblem, and the National Anthem. It was emphasized that respect for state symbols reflects every citizen’s love for their homeland and patriotic spirit. Students shared their views on Kazakhstan’s achievements since independence, national values, unity, and the country’s bright future.

The main purpose of the educational event was to foster patriotism and civic responsibility among students, strengthen their love for their homeland, cultivate respect for state symbols and national history, and encourage a responsible attitude towards the future of Kazakhstan.

The meaningful event was held in an uplifting atmosphere and inspired a strong sense of patriotism among the students. Such educational activities contribute to the development of national consciousness among young people, promote national values, and strengthen respect and love for the homeland.

Republic Day is an important national holiday that symbolizes the sovereignty of our country and celebrates national unity and the values of independence.
