- Persons with a «master's» degree and work experience of at least 9 months are accepted for doctoral studies. Admission to doctoral studies is carried out on the basis of the international certificate confirming knowledge of foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of foreign language proficiency and based on the results of an entrance exam in the profile of groups of educational programs. Admission of foreign citizens to doctoral studies is carried out on a paid basis.
