Achievements of the department

• Training in the educational program “7R01102 - Obstetrics and gynecology for adults, children” is carried out in accordance with the annex to state license No. 013708, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 03/02/2012 at the Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. The license validity period is unlimited.
• The educational program “7R01102 - Obstetrics and gynecology for adults, children” has passed specialized accreditation for a period of 5 years. BSN: 990440008043. Certificate validity period: 05/27/2021-05/26/2026. Registration number: AB 3334.
• In the 2020-2021 academic year, department staff published 3 articles in world ranking journals (Scopus, 3rd quartile): «Features of Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postpartum Period of Young Mothers»  Electronic Journal of General Medicine . • In 2020, the teachers of the department were Begimbekova L.M., Alieva E.N. Patent No. 5696 dated December 25, 2020 was received for a utility model of a device for obstetrics.
• Head Department Begimbekova L.M. In the 2019-2022 academic year, 5 copyright certificates for benefits were received.

Science

 Scientific direction of the department: “Develop scientifically based methods to improve rehabilitation therapy for pregnant women who have had COVID-19 during the period of convalescence.” In the last 2022-2023 academic years, the department published scientific works in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Control of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian publications - 5, in domestic publications - 10, Abstracts were published at conferences - 10, in publications from far abroad - 2, from near abroad - 2. The number of teaching aids is 3.

Over the past 2 years, teachers of the department have been among the 150 best teachers according to the indicative rating system. Under the guidance of qualified teachers, students' scientific works at scientific and theoretical conferences won prizes. The department constantly holds clinical and practical conferences, round tables, seminars, scientific seminars, student scientific seminars, debates with students, interns and residents.
