Established in 2004, the Department of Fine Arts has evolved into an educational center with strong professional traditions and high creative potential. Its mission is to train highly qualified specialists who are competitive, intellectually and artistically developed, possess deep theoretical and practical knowledge, creative thinking, and well-formed professional skills — all based on years of accumulated experience and scientific-artistic achievements.

The department aims to create an innovative educational environment that integrates national and global artistic values, combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the fields of fine arts, design, decorative-applied arts, and art education.
