Educational objectives

Within the educational programs 6B10155 – “General Medicine” and 6B10188 – “Medicine,” the primary educational objective of the Department of Special Clinical Disciplines is to provide students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge in the field of special clinical disciplines, as well as to develop their practical and clinical skills and professional competencies. In addition, the department aims to enhance students’ clinical thinking abilities, their capacity to analyze clinical situations, and their decision-making skills based on the principles of evidence-based medicine in accordance with modern healthcare requirements.
The educational process of the department is based on mastering modern achievements in healthcare, innovative technologies, international experience, and current clinical protocols. During the training process, students acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills for providing preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitation medical care to patients.
The Department of Special Clinical Disciplines aims to prepare highly qualified and competitive specialists capable of providing high-quality, safe, and specialized medical care to the general population, individual patients, and families. Special attention is paid to adherence to the principles of medical ethics and deontology, increasing professional responsibility, and developing the skills required for continuous professional development.
