Our Mission
The mission of the Simulation Center is to create a safe, modern simulation environment that closely resembles real clinical conditions for medical students and healthcare professionals, enabling them to develop their practical skills, clinical reasoning, professional competencies, and responsibility for patient safety.
The Center’s mission is based on the development of practical training for undergraduate students, as well as continuing professional development and professional training opportunities for doctors and nurses.
Our Core Principles
1. Safety.
Learning and improving practical skills in a safe simulation environment before applying them to real patients.
2. Clinical Realism.
Organizing training scenarios to closely resemble the clinical environment of real healthcare institutions.
3. Modern Technologies.
Effective use of high-technology simulators, manikins, models, task trainers, phantoms, and medical equipment.
4. Practice-Oriented Training.
Integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills to develop professional competencies.
5. Continuous Development.
Gradually increasing the complexity of skills in accordance with learners’ educational levels and continuously improving the professional competencies of healthcare professionals.
6. Objective Assessment.
Fair and objective assessment of practical skills using modern methods, including OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination).
7. Teamwork.
Developing communication, interaction, and team decision-making skills in the provision of medical care.
8. Best Practices.
Studying the best practices of national and international simulation centers and introducing effective practices into the educational process.
9. Quality and Responsibility.
Improving the quality of education through the continuous development of educational and methodological resources, material and technical infrastructure, and the simulation base.
Our Principle
“Learn in a safe environment — act confidently in clinical practice.”
The core principle of the Simulation Center is to provide every learner and healthcare professional with the opportunity to repeatedly practice their skills, analyze their mistakes, improve their experience, and confidently prepare for real clinical situations.
