Achievements

The teaching and professorial staff plan and achieve the final learning outcomes by using effective teaching and assessment methods focused on competency during lectures and practical classes, enhancing students’ interest in the subject and the profession. Today, the department staff develop training programs within the framework of competencies and apply teaching and assessment methods in the educational process.

In the 2022–2023 academic year, with the support of TIKA, a fully equipped anatomical laboratory hall was opened, and a set of educational and medical equipment was purchased. The anatomical laboratory was inaugurated with the participation of the university administration and Hikmet Özdenoğlu, the representative of TIKA in Kazakhstan.

The proportion of academic degree holders is 47%. Under the supervision of the teaching staff, students were awarded a 3rd-degree diploma in the subject “Normal Physiology” at the subject-based Olympiad among students of the 2nd International Medical Higher Educational Institutions “Samarkand – 2020”, held in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the 2nd International Olympiad “From the Teachings of Abu Ali Ibn Sina to the Third Renaissance”, held in Bukhara, students received 3rd-degree diplomas in the subjects “Normal Physiology” and “Histology, Cytology, and Embryology”.
