Department of English Language

The English Department is one of the university's departments that prepares competitive, well-rounded, and creative students with a B1 level of English and in-depth knowledge.

The English Department offers practical classes for students enrolled in the Turkish Quota (TQ) using the New Headway 4th Edition Beginner A1, New Headway 4th Edition Elementary A2, and New Headway 4th Edition Pre-Intermediate B1 textbooks.

The department's faculty uses modern teaching methods and techniques to develop students' oral and written English skills. The department also runs a «Speaking club».

The department has eight faculty members: six master's degree lecturers, one senior lecturer, and one research assistant. Seven of the department's lecturers have international certifications (IELTS, TKT).
