a) Development and application of methods and methods of language learning and teaching in other requested languages, especially teaching Turkish and Kazakh languages as foreign languages; b) Study of cultural works such as language, history and literary works of Turkish communities in different geographies, c) Study of language-literary relations of Turkish culture with neighboring cultures and implementation of scientific, cultural and artistic activities in this field; ç) establish cooperation with institutions, organizations and associations working in the fields of language, culture and literature within Kazakhstan and beyond; d) If possible, provide the opportunity to learn these languages in Turkish, Kazakh and all other requested languages, f) Teach requested languages, especially Turkish and Kazakh languages, conduct necessary documentation and material research, prepare joint projects in cooperation with relevant national and/or state bodies. to provide training of instructors working in the country and/or abroad. International institutions and organizations, to ensure the sharing of created knowledge with various activities in the national and international arena.
