Introduction

GENERAL RULES 

1.1. The Linguistical Center is the main educational-scientific structural unit of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmet Yassawi, which regulates the structure of languages and their social activities, and improves students' linguistic knowledge and their general laws and their qualifications. 

1.2. Linguistical Center's language teaching activities are aimed at teaching professional language skills that meet the state education standard with theoretical preparation, high professional qualifications and education. 

1.3. The Linguistical Center provides education in the form of full-time education according to state licensed higher professional education programs approved by the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

1.4. The structure of the center includes the director of the center, professors, associate professors, senior lecturers, lecturers, laboratory assistants. 

1.5. The linguistic center is headed by the director. The director of the center reports directly to the rector. Depending on the variety of public works in different directions, the director of the center is subordinate to the corresponding vice-rector. 

1.6. If the director of the center is not at work for known reasons, his duties are temporarily assigned to another person with the consent of the rector. 

1.7. The director of the center must comply with the Education Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the University Charter, the orders of the rector of the university, and the requirements of vice-rectors. 

1.8. A meeting is organized once a month in order to discuss the work of the Linguistical Center and the problems that have arisen and make appropriate decisions. 

1.9. Linguistical center organization and method of educational process, etc. keeps documents of problem-oriented works. The chain of documents is determined by the rules of documents approved by the rector of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmet Yassawi. 

1.10. The Linguistical Center is entrusted with financial responsibility for special properties and equipment. 

1.11. The director of the center is fully responsible for the results of the work of the linguistical center.
