The Department of Training and Certification of Scientific Personnel is a structural department affiliated with the Science Department of Khoja Ahmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
The main goal of the department" training and certification of scientific personnel " is to maximize the use of the scientific and intellectual potential of the university, including the Coordination of research work of undergraduates and doctoral students, the organization and provision of methodological assistance in attracting young scientists, research scientists and foreign scientists.
The department coordinates the research work of master's and doctoral students, taking full advantage of the scientific and intellectual potential of the university. It also organizes post-doctoral studies, associate professor-researchers and professor -researchers’ programs.
In the course of its activities, the Department of training and certification of scientific personnel provides for the following fundamental normative legal acts: the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 No. 319 "on education" (version with amendments and additions in a new version), the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2011 No. 407-IV "on Science "(version with amendments and additions in a new version), regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is guided by regulatory legal acts approved by the University.
The Department of training and certification of scientific personnel is directly subordinate to the director of the Department of Science and vice-rector for Science and strategic development.
The Department of training and certification of scientific personnel is headed by the head of the department and is responsible for the results of the relevant work of the Department.
