Our Services

The main goals of the center:

1. Developing quality policy and goals annually and communicating them to the university staff;
2. Ensuring the functioning of the university quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016;
3. Periodic updating of QMS documentation;
4. Conducting internal QMS seminars, strategic sessions, and rating;
5. Organization and analysis of the results of internal audits and external inspections (audits) in accordance with QMS requirements;
6. Organization and implementation of data collection and placement in the databases of International and national ratings;
7. Implementation of monitoring of the strategic program implementation, analysis of reports on the implementation of the strategic program, preparation of the final report at the university level. 
8. Annual strategic sessions on the Development Program implementation.
