The aim of the hackathon is to strengthen financial security in the context of digitalization and to prevent economic offenses through the capabilities of artificial intelligence.

At the opening ceremony, Deputy Akim of the region Yertai Altaev, University Rector Zhanar Temirbekova, and Head of the Economic Investigations Department Erbolat Temirbolatuly delivered speeches.

The selection stage of the event has begun, and nearly 120 teams consisting of school students, college students, and university students from the southern region—including Turkestan, Zhambyl, and Kyzylorda regions, as well as the cities of Shymkent, Almaty, and Astana—applied to participate. In total, around 400 participants were registered and given the opportunity to present their projects.
