The main goal of the Department of Information Technology is to provide information and technical support to the educational process at the university, to introduce new information technologies into the educational process. According to the development strategy, it is aimed at informing the University, developing the university information infra system as a whole, introducing new information technologies into the educational process, automating office work and university office work.

The Department of Information Technology is a structural unit responsible for the integrated management of the University’s digital infrastructure, information systems, user-facing IT services, and the digitalization of business processes. Its activities are aimed at creating the digital environment required for the sustainable and effective delivery of the University’s educational, research, administrative, managerial, and innovation activities.
The Department ensures the stable operation of the University’s information and telecommunications infrastructure, implements information security measures, develops and supports digital products and information systems, and advances business-process automation and integration between information systems. It also provides technical support to students, academic staff, and employees, and ensures the readiness of the computer infrastructure required for teaching, learning, and examinations.
The Department’s strategic approach is to meet the University’s needs not only through individual technical tasks, but by developing a unified, secure, integrated, and user-centred digital ecosystem. Accordingly, responsibilities between units are clearly delineated across IT service ownership, information security, IT service delivery, educational IT infrastructure, software development, automation, integration, and data management.

Our tasks: creation of a new Integrated Information System, Organization of representatives of the University in the information internet space, familiarization of students and teachers with new electronic services, creation of a fully information and educational joint corporate portal in the educational institution.
