In its activities, the Department for the coordination of socio-cultural activities and Psychological Services promotes the implementation of planned activities of the deputy deans responsible for the education of all faculties of the university together with students and the acquisition of psychological skills for effective communication between staff and students. The coordination of socio-cultural activities and the Department of Psychological Services applied to the Department of Youth Policy. The department of coordination of socio-cultural activities and psychological services is guided by the university rules developed on the basis of the university charter, the structural status of the department, orders of the university rector and methodological, normative materials.
The main functions of the department of coordination of socio-cultural activities and psychological services:
To be in close contact with the deputy deans in charge of educational work, to monitor the timely execution of measures according to the plan of educational work approved at the beginning of the year, to provide psychological services to students and employees of the university.
Functions:
Control of the timely conduct of educational and cognitive activities in the faculty and dormitories;
Psychological service to university students and staff when needed;
Providing monthly psychological training and lectures between university administration and students in accordance with emerging problems in society.
