The main tasks of the legal department:

  • To defend the interests of the university in court and other bodies in the prescribed manner when evaluating legal issues.
  • To verify the compliance of the draft orders, instructions, contracts and other legal documents submitted to the Rector of the University for signature with the requirements of the applicable legislation and to take notes in these documents. In case the drafts of the said documents do not comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation, as a rule, to give a written opinion with a presentation on the legal procedure of their solution, within a period of three days, without pointing to them.
  • Organization and execution of demand and demand studies.
  • To participate in the preparation of employment contracts and to take notes on them.
  • In addition to the experience related to the preparation and implementation of contracts, agreements, analyzes and summarizes the results of the evaluation of complaints, makesrecommendations to the management for the elimination of identified deficiencies.
  • To participate in the preparation and implementation of measures to strengthen business discipline.
  • Related services (audit, accounting and finance, etc.) To investigate the materials prepared by him about embezzlement, head-on abuse, misconduct and other crimes, to ensure that they are legally prepared for transfer to court places.
  • Methodical guidance of the legal work of the university.
  • It provides advice, opinions and information in structural units on legal issues arising in the activities of the university.
  • Prepares an opinion on proposals to involve university employees in discipline and financial responsibility.
  • To prepare a report on the legal work of the university for submission to the president of the university in the prescribed manner.
