Duties

Participate in the development of organizational structure, university staffing, employer acts;
Manage the processes aimed at improving the work of the personnel service and forecasting the situation;
Organize work with structural divisions to implement measures for the effective use of human resources, the formation of a reserve of managerial employees and improving the qualification quality of employees of all divisions;
To organize and carry out certification of university employees.
