Introduction

The Central Department for Resource Management at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Akhmet Yasawi in its work is guided by the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan 1158-2020 “material and technical base of educational institutions”, the university charter, orders and sentences the rector of the university, regulatory documents of the university. Ensuring full compliance with internal rules established by the university regulations and other regulatory documents, monitoring employee compliance with the daily Labor Code, internal labor regulations, individual labor and collective agreements.
