Introduction

Representative Council of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Hodja Ahmed Yasawi 2000. 5.3 of the 11th meeting of February 18. The regulations adopted under Article 14.10.2003, the regulations of the Senate (Regulations of the Regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan №1 (Article 10) are agreed to open and work in the administration building of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 14.10.2003 is going called as “Turan” department.
