Agreement with institutions for international relations, preparatory work for the conclusion of a memorandum;

Conclusion of a contract with foreign ODOs under a two-degree educational program;

Conclusion of memoranda between the University and MBDEI of the Republic of Kazakhstan internal mobility program based on concluded memoranda working within the framework;

To teachers-professors invited to serve at the University, master's student, doctoral student, master's student, providing visa support to students and crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan within 3 days after registration with local migration bodies, carry out work;

The current education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for foreign citizens of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education, (production of syllabus, writing records, passing the exam) questions, acceptance of exams, platonus and other faculties, departments in case of misunderstanding participation in implementation);

Establishing close relations with local departments to support foreign staff and students (population services center, banks, tourism, city education department);

Supervision of the expiration of the contract or further extension of the term, inspection of passports by foreign nationals working at our university;

Organization of compulsory medical examination of each foreign national arriving in Kazakhstan in accordance with the requirements of the current regulations;

Сonducting nostrification and notarization studies for the purpose of verifying the documents of students from abroad;

Participation in organizing international conferences and meetings with international students;

Organization of reception and wires of foreign professors coming to our university within the framework of various programs.
