General characteristics: Providing translation into  Kazakh, Turkish, Russian and English documents of the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of National Education of Turkish Republic, Higher Education Council of Turkish Republic, Plenipotentiary Council of IKTU, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for visa affairs of a foreign Teaching and Professors Staff and students), Department of Internal Affairs in Turkestan, Customs control, construction documentation for investment projects, correspondence between the state bodies and institutions, formal and official letters and information received in the process of pursuit of general administrative and economic, academic and research activities of the university, student certificates, transcripts, providing synchronous translation at various events (meetings, conferences, seminars, symposiums), organized by the University.

- Ensuring the correct translation with semantic and stylistic point of view in the various texts in accordance with the original or a copy of the manuscript, as well as confidentiality preservation of the translated information;

- Following compulsory rules and features of the translation of scientific and technical literature, manuals, printed materials, orders, rulings, decisions, agreements, regulations, charters and other similar documents;
