The Faculty’s graduates are the result of established academic traditions and quality education, the achievement of the dedicated work of its academic staff, and the Faculty’s greatest source of pride. Today, they work successfully in education, science, higher education, public administration, culture, and community service, holding a wide range of responsible positions.

The Faculty comprises three departments – Pedagogy and Psychology, History, and Preschool and Primary Education – each making a significant contribution to training professionally competent and competitive specialists in their respective fields.

They work as preschool teachers, primary school teachers, educational methodologists, heads of educational institutions, lecturers, and qualified education professionals. Their teaching experience and creative initiatives contribute to improving educational content and supporting the comprehensive development of children and young learners.

The professional achievements and career advancement of the Faculty’s graduates are also evident in the higher education sector. In particular, a number of graduates are employed at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, where they themselves received their education, as well as at Central Asian Innovation University. They serve as academic staff members, department heads, heads of structural units, and in other responsible positions. This demonstrates how the knowledge acquired and professional values developed at the Faculty continue to shape the higher education system.

Furthermore, Faculty graduates work in preschool institutions, secondary schools, colleges, universities, research and cultural institutions, as well as public and community organizations in the Turkistan region and other parts of the country. Some have advanced to leadership positions, gained extensive professional experience, and made significant contributions to the development of society.

The professional development and career progression of graduates are important outcomes of the educational process, academic and methodological work, and practical training provided by the Faculty. The Faculty’s academic staff place particular emphasis not only on developing students’ professional competencies but also on strengthening their research abilities, critical thinking, leadership qualities, and sense of civic responsibility.

Maintaining strong connections with graduates, highlighting their professional achievements, creating opportunities for experience sharing, and supporting young professionals are among the Faculty’s key priorities. In this regard, strengthening cooperation between graduates and the Faculty, expanding employment opportunities, and supporting their continued professional development are of particular importance.

Today’s graduate is tomorrow’s qualified professional and an individual who contributes to the future of the country.
