    Training of highly qualified and sought-after personnel in the labor market, fluent in Turkish, demonstrating knowledge of the basic provisions and concepts in the field of theory and history of the Turkish language and literature, capable of carrying out educational, methodological, research, social and communicative activities.

    The educational program regulates the goals, results, content, conditions and technologies for the implementation of the educational process, as well as an assessment of the quality of graduate training in this area of training, and contains materials that determine the quality of training of students and the implementation of appropriate educational technologies.

    • İs fluent in the literary Turkish language, understands its dialectal diversity, owns phonetic, lexical, grammatical and textual models and norms of the language, and is also able to conduct scientific research in modern areas in the field of linguistics, using modern linguistic methods and techniques in the scientific research of language and speech. 
    • İnterprets linguistic facts from the point of view of the historical development of the language, reads texts in Old Turkic, Old Uighur, Karakhan, Chagatai and Ottoman languages, makes transcriptions of manuscripts, and also conducts comparative studies of modern Turkic languages (Uzbek, Uighur, Tatar, Bashkir, Kazakh, Kyrgyz) .   
    • Describes the content and patterns of development of Turkish literature, the main stages of the literary process in the folk, ancient, classical and modern eras, explains the aesthetic patterns and forms of artistic consciousness reflected in the works of Turkish literature, owns modern research tools and various ways of translating knowledge of the basic concepts of literary criticism. 
    • For applicants to study under the educational program 6B02333-Foreign Philology: Turkish, the applicant must successfully pass a test for knowledge of a state-issued document on General secondary (full) education or secondary special professional education and the Unified national testing and comprehensive testing-testing for knowledge of the state language. Applicants coming from abroad must pass special training (language training and mastering the mandatory level of education).
